Description:

Organised since 1980, the public brewings of the Cantillon brewery have become a tradition in Brussels and international cultural life. It's the perfect occasion to discover one of the crude fruit beers, freshly fermented in a barrel. On the agenda: processes of brewing, filtration, hop addition, wort cooking, pumping of the wort into a cooling tub and traditional cleaning of the barrels.
