Description:

You are an excellent jogger or a confirmed athlete? The esplanade of the Cinquantenaire awaits you for the departure of this race on the most beautiful avenues of the city and through the bucolical Forest of al Cambre. Each year, 25.000 participants take up the challenge, spurred on by an enthusiastic mass alongside the track. The cheers are definitely as welcome as the drinks stand and musical animation on the itinerary.
For the 31st edition, 30,000 runners will depart from the Esplanade du Cinquantenaire. The start will be gradual to allow an easy flow.

Extra information:

The minimum age required is 12 years.
