Brussels is a cultural and artistic whirlpool, that's a well-known fact! But there is still a large number of artists unrecognised by the general public. Lack of money, structural or technical assistance. Never mind, a whole weekend is henceforth being dedicated to them through completely new and original exchanges and collaborative projects in sixty or so places that are as well-known as they are prestigious.
