An eclectic programme with an international competition presenting films from all over the world, a national competition with this year's best Belgian productions; youth screenings, a music video screening, some very short films, trash films, and many more...
But also a Short Film Market, various events, parties, kino kabaret screenings, meetings...

Meeting at Cinéma Vendôme, Petit Théâtre Mercelis, and under the top on the Place Fernand Cocq in Ixelles and later on in Wallonia.
