The Romanic festivities move to Wolubilis, to the heart of the Village of Free Time, a fun cultural centre in Woluwe.
"The Romanic festivities move" is the kick-off of the cultural season '09-'10 of Wolu-Culture. It is a street arts festival with Belgian and foreign groups.
