Description:
During your visit you will learn everything about the origins, the discovery and the arrival of cocoa in Europe. The quality of Belgian chocolate has been acknowledged world-wide, and thanks to video films and illustrations you will be able to obtain a complete picture of the way cocoa, coffee and tea are cultivated, as well as of the different phases in the production process of chocolate. A visit to the museum will include the possibility of sampling various chocolate delights, and there will also be a small shop for the true chocolate lover. Every day there are demonstrations with a chef chocolate maker who tells us the secret of chocolate making.

School holidays and public holidays: ONLY open on Monday!
During the summer holidays in July and August, the museum is open daily.
Guided tours for individuals and groups, upon written request.
Languages: French, Dutch, English, German and Spanish.
Creative workshops: 7 to 10 persons by reservation € 10,-.
Children under 12 years of age accompanied by their parent: free of charge.
